The entire spa experience is inspired by the fluidity of “the Venice of America” — Fort Lauderdale’s nickname — with soft tans, dashes of white and streamlined decor making up the vibe.
The signature Ebb & Flow Massage isn’t your standard Swedish approach. The signature treatment fuses sound healing with Thai-inspired stretches and strokes that lull you into a meditative state. A variety of aromatic blends are available to further personalize the experience.
There is a Himalayan salt suite onsite, aroma-infused steam room and an experiential shower, adding that much more to the restorative ambiance. All of the aforementioned amenities are included with a 60-minute treatment.
If a spa service alone doesn’t feel like enough of an escape, the Day Spa & Pool Retreat package is a standout option. It includes a 60-minute massage or facial, full access to the property’s ocean-facing sun deck with infinity-edge pools, spa amenities and a credit toward lunch at one of the hotel’s chic dining spots.
Post-treatment and before heading back to reality, the spa boutique has wellness take-homes from brands like BodyBliss. Within the space, you can craft your own custom aromatherapy blend to bring some of those ahhs back home with you.
Every spa guest is welcomed with a complimentary wellness crystal infused water, setting the tone for the indulgent experience to come.

The Treatments

The spa is about relaxation and wellness in many forms. It also offers salon services, body care treatments and wellness sessions like yoga and personal training.
The Day Spa & Pool Retreat is only available Monday through Thursday and subject to blackout dates (March and April are currently off-limits). Reservations are a must.
Booking a 60-minute or more treatment grants you full-day access to the spa amenities, including the Himalayan salt suite and aroma steam room. However, fitness center access is only included with the Day Spa & Pool Retreat package.
