Designed to feel like a Portuguese garden, the lobby is home to an intimate welcome lounge as well as shelves and leather trunks full of energizing products, yoga mats, bathing suits, herbal remedies, oils, fragrances and more for you to take home for some extra pampering.
The ultra-modern fitness center hosts complimentary workout classes, including yoga, Omnia, ViPR (using pipe-like strength-training equipment) and more. There’s also private training and a slew of next-level equipment available.
From massages to facials and everything in between, Tria offers a wide range of treatments. Each experience begins with an in-room foot ritual, where a therapist will wash your feet in warm water and explain the ensuing service.
The Macau spa prides itself on offering customized services, so expect a thorough consultation followed by made-for-you massages, facials and body treatments. The experience could involve anything from Himalayan healing rituals to scrubs, wraps, organic oils and hot stone massages.

Things to Know

To access the 11 treatment rooms, you’ll step into a lantern-lit hallway that’s an homage to Portuguese courtyards.
Arrive 30 to 45 minutes early to your spa appointment to take advantage of the extensive heat and water treatment zones.
With bookings until 11 p.m. daily, the Cotai spa is a great way to unwind and ensure a quality night’s rest after a long day of exploring.
Tria works with several trusted beauty brands from around the world, including Phytomer, Vie and Kérastase.
If you only have a few minutes, ask about the Express Lounge for quick foot massages, manicures and other beauty services.

The Treatments

A highlight is the Tria Wellness Massage, which is tailored to your needs. After a consultation, the experience might include dry brushing, a detox wrap, hot stones, oil massage, herbal compress or stretching.
Another standout is the traditional Chinese foot massage. This 60-minute treatment focuses on pressure points to relieve stress and promote circulation.
If you’re aching all over, try the Four Handed Massage. This 90-minute full-body rubdown features two therapists working in unison for ultimate relaxation.
For the gents, the aptly named His Facial aims to revive tired complexions and combat lifestyle stressors using science-driven techniques, such as an acid peel and two facial masks.

The Facilities

Start your spa day with the water and heat facilities. Experience showers, salt stone saunas, steam rooms and various relaxation areas help you ease into an afternoon of pampering.
The single treatment rooms feature pretty mosaic tile walls, traditional wooden shutters and stone accents as a further nod to Macau’s Portuguese heritage. In the couples’ suites, enjoy your own private steam room and lounge area — a must for honeymooners and romantics.
One of the largest spa suites is the Living Room. Ideal for small groups, the mansion-like oasis has two couples’ treatment rooms, a private Jacuzzi, a lounge and gorgeous wooden furniture.
Need a quick blowout or color correction? Toward the back of the welcome area, a salon faces a wall full of windows. To the left, a women’s zone is kitted out with contemporary salon chairs, manicure stations and a foot massage lounge.
The salon caters to men as well. Turn right to find a men’s grooming area where you can have a straight razor shave or tidy up your cuticles.
