The turndown service at the Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto means returning to a tidy and neat room that’s prepared for you to enter into a peaceful night’s sleep. The lights are dimmed, any tea or other amenities consumed during the day have been replaced, and a cloth is placed by the bed with a pair of slippers. Also by the bed are a leather coaster with a fresh glass and a bottle of water to keep you hydrated. The drapes are closed to block out any light from the outside streets, and we love that you can turn off all the lights and turn on just our bedside light for a quick read before heading to bed.
