The locker rooms at 30,000-square-foot The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto are notably spacious and also comprise the spa’s steam room and waiting areas in addition to offering lockers, grooming stations and showers. Upon arrival you’ll notice a large, inviting living room-like space with dark slate floors, comfy gray sofas and arm chairs, stone walls and low coffee tables topped with magazines like Marie Claire and Real Simple. After donning the robe and slippers found in your locker, pour yourself a cup of one of the many Tea Forté teas available (we’re partial to the cucumber-mint option) and grab a plate of biscotti before curling up to read. Or if you’d rather totally chill out, head to the back of the locker room near the spacious eucalyptus steam room (where you’ll also want to work up a sweat) and lie down on one of the lounge beds while snuggling up under the plush brown blanket. You’ll likely want to shower before your treatment as well, and we love their natural look — there’s even a wooden ottoman for seating or resting your leg upon while shaving. The bath products are also all-natural or organic, meaning you don’t have to worry about any harsh chemicals. Once clean, head to the illuminated grooming stations to blow dry and style your hair and primp (there’s even mouthwash to freshen up your smile). With so much to do, it’s easy to spend a full afternoon inside the locker room at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star spa.
