Just like the more adult-centric room service menu at Fairmont Pacific Rim, the children’s menu is found on the in-room iPad — which for kids makes it twice as fun as any traditional menu. Here they’ll find an array of dishes created just for pint-sized palates like coconut banana pancakes, golden waffles or one egg with potatoes for breakfast, and the option to build-your-own entrée for lunches and dinners from a list that includes all-natural beef hot dogs, house-made mini burgers and even grilled wild salmon. The entrees get paired with a selection of sides ranging from yam fries to raw veggies with dip, and traditionalists can even opt for comfort foods like a classic PB and J or a grilled cheese. Dessert is a sweet end to the meal with selections like chocolate chip cookies, apples with caramel dip and a big fat banana split.
