Does Willard InterContinental gym offer fitness classes or personal training?

Answers from Our Experts (2)

There are no fitness classes offered at the gym at Willard InterContinental, but you can ask the concierge to schedule a time with a personal trainer during your stay in Washington, D.C. Your trainer will meet you inside the large gym at the Forbes Travel Guide Recommended hotel. You’ll use the complimentary headphones on three elliptical machines, three stationary bikes and five treadmills along the gym’s mirrored back wall. There are also five strength-training machines and an adjustable cable station with two stacks and a pull-up bar. For those looking for a free-weights workout, there’s a dumbbell set that goes up to 80 pounds — much heavier than at most hotel gyms. Use them on one of two adjustable benches before heading to the complimentary water cooler and piles of towels. Grab an apple from the bowl as you head to the locker room.

Visit the Willard concierge to arrange a personal trainer for your visit to our gym.
