The marble-dressed bathrooms are beautiful but on the small side at the Forbes Travel Guide Recommended Willard InterContinental in Washington, D.C. Bathrooms in guest rooms are hardly cramped, but there’s not much room to spread out. The space that’s there is well appointed, though: The floor and tub are tiled with a stone look, and sinks are embedded in wide marble counters. There’s a lighted magnifying mirror next to the sink, and a hair dryer in a linen bag beneath it.
The toiletries at the D.C. hotel provided at the Willard are from British brand Floris. There’s a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion, as well as a mini bar of soap. The shampoo and body wash have a bright, gender-neutral citrus scent, while the conditioner has a powdery, light lemongrass fragrance.
