Café du Parc, the French bistro at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Willard InterContinental in Washington, D.C. does not offer a separate bar menu per se. But patrons at Le Bar are welcome to order from the entire Café du Parc restaurant menu. If you’re dining solo, enjoying a meal at the bar makes the experience more social. Offerings that might be a fine accompaniment to a cocktail or glass of wine include the artisanal cheese plate that changes seasonally, the Assiette de Cochonailles with housemade pork terrine, rillettes, prosciutto and salami or something simple like hot, salty pommes frites.
