Rawah Ranch

A historic ranch in Colorado's wilderness
A DISTINCTIVE HOTEL IN ITS DESTINATION

Established in 1948, Rawah Ranch has welcomed guests to Northern Colorado's rugged Rawah Wilderness since 1952. Nearly 80 years later, its remote setting remains the heart of the experience.

Your days might include horseback riding through alpine meadows, hiking wilderness trails or fly-fishing along private stretches of the Laramie River, with guided activities included as part of the all-inclusive stay. At the lodge, chef-prepared meals are served throughout the day, and evenings are a chance to gather indoors or step outside beneath Colorado's dark skies.

Nine cowboy-themed cabins are spread across the Western ranch, keeping you close to the landscape and outdoor activities that define the property. A particular treat: coffee and pastries arrive at your cabin in the morning, and you can enjoy them from your porch rocking chair.

Open June 1 to October 1, the ranch is a long-standing destination for families — there's even a children's program that encompasses ages three to 17 — with many returning year after year.
