Fairmont Copley Plaza

Boston's grand dame hotel
VERIFIED LUXURY
Fairmont Copley Plaza, often referred to as Boston’s grand dame hotel, is easily recognizable by its red awnings and sprawling red carpet at the front doors.

Inside those doors, you'll find everyone from Boston locals to film crews and international guests roaming the lobby. Thanks to the hotel's ornate architecture and design, the regal builing is consistently seen in movies, remains a popular power-lunch spot and is a local favorite among Bostonians wanting a little luxury at the end of the day.

The hotel celebrated its centennial in 2012, and to honor 100 years, it gave itself a $20 million renovation, which included refreshed guest rooms and a more modern lobby and dining experience. But it still retained much of its centuries-old charm. Don't miss the new fitness center and spa area, located on the luxury hotel's top floor.
