The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island offers three onsite bars; the most intimate establishment is the lobby bar. Designed to look like a gentleman’s parlor of the Antebellum South with an antique globe, hunting trophies on the wall and decorations that nod to sailing around the world, the lobby bars feels cozy with dark wood and leather accents.
Another bar sits adjacent to The Ocean Room, the formal steakhouse eatery at the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel. This bar is an extension of the Four-Star Ocean Room restaurant and is the only place to get sushi at the resort. Lastly, the Loggerhead Bar & Grill has a bar area where you can enjoy drinks and food poolside throughout the day in a casual deck setting. We recommend checking each of the bar options out while you stay at the luxury Kiawah Island hotel, as each offers something different in terms of atmosphere.
In addition to the spacious lobby bar, The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island has an upscale bar in The Ocean Room as well as the Loggerhead, the poolside bar. Additionally, there are numerous other bars throughout the resort.
