The Ocean Room bar offers more than 150 different spirits, including rare bourbons, scotches and cognacs. Individually hand-picked by the master distiller in 1986, the Old Rip Van Winkle 23-year is considered Kentucky’s finest bourbon. We also have the Glenlivet Cellar Collections 1964 and 1972 Speyside whisky; only 800 bottles of each were released to the public.
