Cheese lovers will have something to celebrate at The Ocean Room — the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant has a cheese course offered on the dessert menu. Chef Jason Rheinwald keeps at least six options on hand, including two blue cheeses (one mild, one strong), a hard cheese, a soft cheese, a rind cheese and at least one very unique cheese. Almost all of the cheeses are sourced from the East Coast (except for the Maytag blue from Iowa), from as north as Maryland to as south as Georgia. If you have a glass of wine lingering between courses or after a meal, you’ll be offered a piece of cheese that pairs well with your chosen varietal.
