What is the food presentation like at The Ocean Room?

While The Ocean Room is a traditional steakhouse, the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant does plate its cuisine in a refined, artistic manner atop all-white bone china. The serving staff takes pride in making the serving experience somewhat interactive for the guest —  the lobster bisque comes out of the kitchen in a small dish and is poured in front of you, and the 40-ounce bone-in rib-eye is carved tableside to retain maximum flavor and juiciness. The food presentation does not involve a lot of sauces — instead, chef Jason Rheinwald allows the natural flavors and colors of the fresh, local and seasonal ingredients shine.
