- The avocado coconut wrap aims to give you total body hydration to make your skin silky, soft and beautiful. While in the wrap, you’ll also receive a mini facial and scalp massage to further relax and rejuvenate you.
- Another treat that should not be missed is the mint julep hydrating facial. This Southern-inspired facial uses plant-based products to help restore your skin to its best state by detoxifying and soothing.
- Add a little extra to your typical facial experience with the Southern hospitality facial. Brief face, scalp and foot massages add to the classic facial treatment to give you a total body experience and soft, dewy skin.
- CranioSacral therapy is a unique offering that is highly recommended if you experience migraines, chronic fatigue or stress-induced tension. The goal is to restore your body to a state of balance and optimal performance.
- Signature massages employ traditional Swedish massage techniques, but also use heated grain-and-herb-filled wraps by DreamTime on areas of your body that are not being massaged at the moment, allowing every area of your body to experience attention, even while your therapists’ hands aren’t directly working on them.
The Facilities
- The tropical spa actually has two waiting areas; one is a standard sitting area with a few chairs, cucumber water and coffee tables with newspapers and magazines, while the other is a more relaxing and inviting space called the solarium.
- Designed to evoke a Southern mansion’s back porch (think heavy greenery and chaise lounges), the treatment rooms feature soothing colors, hardwood floors and quaint ivory-shuttered windows.
- Housed in one large room known as the “aqua retreat,” the sauna, steam room and whirlpool with waterfall area sit under a cove ceiling that looks as if rulers of the Roman Empire could have designed and enjoyed back in ancient times.
- The locker rooms are intimate but more than adequate for storing belongings. Stone-tiled floors, two private changing rooms and a palette of soft, earthy tones give the space a calming ambience.
