Since opening in 2019 on a picturesque stretch of sand on Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach, Palm Heights has quietly become the go-to Caribbean destination for stylish travelers and A-listers. Gigi Hadid, Hailey Bieber and Emily Ratajkowski have all graced the immaculately designed rooms.

Under a four-hour flight from New York City, Palm Heights is the island’s first all-suite boutique hotel, offering modern amenities such as an in-house concierge, filtered water stations and a pet-friendly policy.

The stunning beachfront location is the centerpiece of the hotel, and it comes complete with signature bright yellow umbrellas and plush loungers. Water sports include paddleboarding, kayaking and snorkeling and there are also two guest-only pools and a hot tub hidden behind pruned hedges and palm trees.

Yet, it's the warm and attentive staff — notably the property’s “mood director,” the impeccably dressed Bambi — that sets Palm Heights apart, ensuring every guest feels like a member of an exclusive club.

Under the discerning eye of founder and creative director Gabriella Khalil, all the spaces at Palm Heights feature unique furniture and stunning artwork. Aesthetes will be impressed by pieces from Marcel Breuer and Pierre Chapo while an original Ettore Sottsass rug greets guests in the lobby.
The culinary programming at Palm Heights is outstanding with four on-site restaurants — all-day beachfront Tillie’s, Coconut Club beach bar, Japanese concept Yashinoki and Paradise Pizza & Shawarma—overseen by executive chef Jake Tyler Brodsky, an alum of New York’s Five-Star Eleven Madison Park.
The property’s concept store, Dolores, features beach essentials, accessories and curated resort wear from brands such as Casablanca and Luar. You’ll find Christopher John Rogers’ exclusive sarong and an Emily Bode x Palm Heights collaboration here, too.
At the 60,000-square-foot Food New York-designed Garden Club spa (located across the street from the main building and tucked behind lush landscaping), staff members are decked out in Matteau-designed uniforms and conduct treatments with products from cult favorites Biologique Recherche and iS Clinical. Whatever service you choose, find your way to the Turkish hammam erected from gorgeous Giallo Siena yellow marble.
The luxury hotel’s Palm Heights Athletics program offers daily group fitness, Pilates, a boxing gym and a rotating roster of fitness and wellness experts from around the world, including pro boxer Ramla Ali, world-class swimmer Bryan Mineo and two-time Olympian fencer Nzingha Prescod.

Things to Know

All of the Grand Cayman hotel’s 52 suites of varying size have ocean views. Four of these also include large terraces and outdoor soaking tubs.
In-room amenities consist of Costa Brazil toiletries as well as a pillow menu with a coconut aromatherapy option. There are also two well-stocked mini-bars, one to “detox” (organic peanut butter cups, 111Skin face masks) and another to “retox” (alcoholic beverages).
Guest rooms are presented with a selection of vintage books and magazines from the in-house Library Fetish, specially curated to suit each guest’s interests.
