ARIA Resort & Casino’s convention facility has three floors and 300,000 square feet of meeting space. The Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel's four ballrooms — the biggest is 51,225 square feet with 24-foot ceilings — match ARIA’s modern sensibility, with neutral colors and graphic elements. Each feature stages and come with access to everything you’d need to host a massive meeting, including loading docks and vehicle ramps. On the smaller side, ARIA has 36 meeting rooms that are well suited for breakout sessions and range from 800 to 3,718 square feet, as well as two boardrooms for taking care of business. A business center and convention concierge are available to make sure things run smoothly.

Two executive boardrooms are designed for intimate meetings with intricate presentation requirements such as video conferencing and incredible technology that takes production and execution to a new level.
Each level offers meeting rooms and two registration desks with office space to host smaller programs with requirements of 800 to 3,400 square feet. All rooms feature built-in projection systems, drop-down projection screens and electronic control panels. Multiple loading docks and drive-in ramps make setup and teardown efficient, and megavators provide convenient access for moving equipment to the upper levels.
