The service at Sinatra is excellent. The manager of the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star restaurant greets many diners personally. For those with reservations, seating is immediate and a waiter appears about a minute after your party sits at the table. The waiter explains the specials but doesn’t hover, returning when asked. Throughout the meal, the waiter and his assistant are quick to remove dirty dishes and refill glasses. The timing of the meal is perfect — the appetizer arrived quickly and you get a small pause for digestion before the main course arrives. You won’t be rushed here, either. Dessert and coffee, as well as after dinner drinks, are served and you’re encouraged to linger.
