The sommelier at Sinatra is Boston native Drew D’Errico. D’Errico started working at Wynn in 2005, when it first opened, originally as a bartender at Bartolotta Ristorante Di Mare, where he began his studies to become a sommelier. He is now a certified sommelier and is currently studying to take his Court of Master Sommeliers advanced exam. D’Errico has been the wine manager at Sinatra for a year.
