Does Altira Macau charge any fees?

When you book a room at Altira Macau, you should know that the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel charges a few additional fees. In fact, when you book your stay, talk to the front desk about the most up-to-date charges to be sure you know what you’re getting into ahead of time. Altira Macau adds fees for some amenities, including a 10 percent service charge, a five percent government tax and a breakfast fee.

There are some perks that are included in the cost of your room, though, such as Internet service as well as a shuttle to the City of Dreams and Hard Rock Hotel Macau, where you'll have access to the gym, an outdoor pool and a casino. For additional shopping and entertainment, make your way to City of Dreams, the Venetian and the Four Seasons, across the street from Crown Towers.

We do our best at Altira Macau to provide you with amenities that are both luxurious and complimentary. However, there are a few additional fees you might encounter during your stay with us. You will pay an additional small fee for breakfast because the hotel’s signature restaurants only serve lunch and dinner. Extra fees also apply if you wish to hire a personal trainer to give you that extra push in the gym. Despite these additional fees, we feel that we offer our guests a great variety of complimentary amenities, such as high-speed Wi-Fi access, shuttle service to our sister property City of Dreams, and access to the gym, outdoor pool, and the Crown Towers and Hard Rock Hotel (although Altira Macau guests do not have free access to the gym and outdoor pool at these hotels). You can always speak to us at the front desk to learn about the most up-to-date charges as well.
