Altira Macau, a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel, offers a shuttle service to and from its sister hotel, Crown Towers, which is also across the street from The Venetian and The Shoppes at The Four Seasons. If you want to get to the center of Macau, the best option would be a 10-minute, MOP $50 taxi. Macau also has a bus system, but honestly, taxis and shuttles are so plentiful and inexpensive (or even complimentary) that you will not want to bother with learning the public transportation system. You’ll find a taxi will be much quicker, comfortable and efficient. Macau is a small place and traffic is not a problem. While taxi drivers don’t typically speak much English, people at the luxury Macau hotel will be able to get you safely on your way and the town is small enough that getting lost is unlikely.
