Chef Victoria Acosta has created a stunning culinary menu & wine list specifically for our spa. While all of the options are healthy, we still wanted to offer our guests an exquisite dining experience in Napa Valley style. Guest favorites are the Orange Blossom Avocado and Nori Salad and the Lemon Thyme Chicken. All of our complimentary snacks are made in house. Instead of the plain dried apricots and almonds, you’ll enjoy seasonal house dried fruits from our gardens, a grain medley of amaranth, quinoa, oats, pepitas, Meadowood honey, turmeric and clove and a delicious nut medley of Walnuts, pecans, sunflowers with cocoa nibs, cardamom, chile and cinnamon!
