When you want wine, head to Trump International Hotel & Tower New York’s bar, Nougatine, which pours a variety of wines, both by the glass and bottle. By-the-glass offerings come in a 3-ounce tasting or a 6-ounce glass. You’ll be able to choose from champagnes and sparklings, whites, roses, reds and dessert wines from the United States, France, Italy, Germany and Argentina, all by the glass. Highlights include a 1991 Chateau d’Yquem Sauternes from Bordeaux for $82 a glass and a 2003 Leon Beyer Cuvee des Comtes d’Eguisheimfor $38 per glass. Or, if you’re into something more exotic, Nougatine also serves two kinds of sake. Break out the bubbly if you’re celebrating and order a bottle of 2002 Dom Perignon for $495. If you have trouble deciding, the sommelier, Hristo Zisovski, will be glad to help you navigate this New York bar and restaurant’s full list of bottles from around the world.
