The French eatery also serves a variety of coffees and teas. Coffee blends include Costa Rican, Guatemalan, Kenyan, Papua New Guinea, Sumatra, Ethiopian and Yemen mocha. Espresso-based coffee drinks are also available. As for teas, Bouley brews blacks (English breakfast, Earl Grey, jasmine Earl Grey, Darjeeling and Seelong), herbal (lemon verbena, peppermint and chamomile) and green (Umegashima Sencha and Uji Kabuse).
