Salamander Resort & Spa offers 168 gorgeously appointed rooms. Each room is spacious (the smallest is 545 square feet) and boasts the latest and greatest in technology and amenities. Spread over four floors — with each level themed by season — the guest rooms and suites are luxurious and welcoming. Keeping in line with the rest of the resort’s inspiration and incorporating the surrounding outdoors, all of the rooms flaunt walkout balconies (or terraces on the ground floor). Depending on which level you’re on, the décor and color schemes reflect that floor’s seasonal theme, whether it’s cooler tones for winter or warmer hues for summer.

The great thing about rooms at Salamander Resort & Spa is that they all feel very residential. There’s plenty of closet space for those who can’t seem to pack light even if it’s just a weekend stay, and 50 percent of guest rooms (including all 17 suites) have fireplaces. Canopied beds and unique artwork make all of the rooms quite homey. Bathrooms are stocked with pedestal tubs, large walk-in showers and flat-screen TVs, while the bedroom offers a spacious sitting area (read: no more eating breakfast on your bed if you don’t want to).
