You’ll enjoy a number of excellent and tranquil wet areas throughout the 65,000-square-foot space of the Mediterranean-inspired The Spa at Sea Island. Before or after your treatment, take a dip in the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star spa’s heated indoor pool, soak in a mineral-salt bath, relax in an outdoor whirlpool hidden in the corner of the garden near an ivy-covered wall or kick back in the sauna or steam room in the Sea Island spa’s spacious locker room. Our favorite spot is the two-story Olympic-sized indoor pool, from which you’ll get sweeping views of the outdoor gardens and labyrinth through towering floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s also a giant waterfall that splashes down into this Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star spa’s beautiful white-pillared water atrium — and if you’d like, you can sit right underneath it.
