The Shanghai restaurant serves a few types of Chinese rice wine aged for 20 years or more, including Guyue Longshan and Shikumen Classic. For strong and fiery spirits, choose among the list of Chinese liquors, including famous brands Wu Liang Ye and Mao Tai, as well as other renowned names like Shui Jin Fang and Lu Zhou 1573.
