Benjamin Chung is the sommelier for Tang Court. Part of a generation of young Chinese wine experts, he has been a sommelier for six years. Chung enjoys the challenge of choosing wines to complement Chinese cuisine and can provide pairing suggestions for Tang Court’s traditional dishes. The Shanghai restaurant’s list includes Chinese wines, as well as varietals from the United States, France and New Zealand. Tang Court also serves Chinese liquors and teas for pairing with the authentic Shanghainese, Sichuan and Cantonese food.
