The Cape Town hotel’s excellent Bombay Brasserie is helmed by French executive chef David Tilly and his team of five Indian toques. Dining at Bombay is more than a meal; it is an authentic journey of Indian cuisine, each mouthful of dal (lentils) and prawn curry a flavor explosion.
Jiva Spa draws on ancient Eastern wellness philosophies with the goal of aligning mind, body and soul through relaxation. The Restaurants
