Ripplecove Hotel & Spa

Where lakefront elegance and ease are celebrated
VERIFIED LUXURY
Celebrating its 80th anniversary in 2025, Ripplecove Hôtel & Spa in Quebec’s Eastern Townships has come a long way since its outfitting days entertained fishermen and hunters on 11 acres of wooded land.

Ayer’s Cliff’s quaint peninsula boasts awe-inspiring views over Lake Massawippi, a next-level proximity to water that can be felt in every one of its 74 rooms. In fact, 69 of the units feature a balcony overlooking the shimmering expanse.

Since it was acquired by the Laliberté family from the Staffords in 2017, the site has been modernized with contemporary condo units and facilities upgraded to meet the needs of business tourism and private events.

History is, however, still alive in the modern hotel’s Scottish-inspired lounge, virtually untouched for decades, which has an intricately carved sideboard adorned with hunting and fishing motifs that are a tribute to the region’s heritage.
