- The 7,000-square foot lower-level complex houses Red Hots Spa, the fitness center with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment and a glass wall overlooking the heated indoor pool (which has access to an outdoor patio).

- All rooms measure 392 square feet, are decorated in soft gray and white with wainscoting and moldings, and have a king or two double beds.
