  • One of the greatest things about the Manila hotel is Kerry Sports, an exclusive 86,111-square-foot sports and leisure club. It has an NBA-grade indoor basketball court, two tennis courts, two indoor squash courts, an outdoor lap pool, top-of-the-line gym equipment and exercise studios for yoga, Pilates, spinning, boxing and mixed martial arts.

  • Horizon Club Rooms (and all suites) enjoy exclusive privileges like private check-in and airport transfer services upon request, but the ultimate perk is access to the Horizon Club Lounge. This private retreat serves a daily buffet breakfast, beverages and refreshments throughout the day, and cocktails and canapés each evening, so you'll never go hungry during your stay.
  • Squeeze in some retail therapy when you browse the more than 30 shops found within Shangri-La at the Fort. Afterward, take stroll down One High Street to peruse a collection of exclusive restaurants, including the only non-U.S. branch of L.A.'s iconic Pink’s Hot Dogs.
  • The hotel quickly became a foodie destination thanks to its excellent restaurants. The property manages six dining outlets, serving everything from Cantonese cuisine to South American specialties.

  • All accommodations have the Shangri-La signature bed with its 300- to 600-thread-count linens, soaking tubs and a fully stocked mini-bar with complimentary refreshments.
  • Every room has an equally stunning bathroom with marble features, a deluxe tub and Shangri-La signature robes and towels. • The Shangri-La Suite is the ultimate expression of elegance and sophistication in 2,573 square feet — one of the largest suites in Manila. Aside from the stunning interiors, the space also features a panoramic view of the thriving city, topped off with attentive butler service.

The Restaurants

  • Canton Road is where traditional and modern Chinese cuisines meet. The opulent interiors reminiscent of imperial China provide a backdrop for unforgettable dishes like grilled specialties (go for the trio of honey-glazed Iberico pork, roasted Peking duck and suckling pig), e-fu (egg) noodles and unique dim sum selections like steamed Iberico pork dumplings with abalone and black truffle.
  • With its off-kilter black-and-white-checkered floor and art deco accents, Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar is a new take on a classic steakhouse. The venue is known for its drinks and extensive wine list that pair best with Maryland crab cakes, grain-fed Tasmanian ribeye and roasted Atlantic salmon with grilled asparagus and lemon-chili butter.
  • The success of Raging Bull Chophouse resulted in a grab-and-go outlet Raging Bull Burgers, which slings flavor-forward sandwiches for people who are looking for a quick, tasty bite.
  • Samba has been praised by foodies as one of the best Peruvian restaurants in the metro. Plates like ceviche limeño, conchas al carbon (char-grilled scallops, aji amarillo ceviche, cilantro leaves, red onions), Brazilian moqueca de camarao (Malagueta chili powder, lapu lapu fillet, coconut milk, extra virgin olive oil, cilantro, white rice) and trio de arroz con leche (three kinds of rice pudding with lucuma fruit, oporto del abuelo wine, cinnamon and raisins) are bursting with colorful and vibrant flavors from South America, Spain and the Philippines.
