Spend the day exploring nearby sights like the Chapultepec Castle and the Museum of Anthropology, and recharge at your home-away-from-home by reading a book in the Serenity Space next to the herb garden before getting a massage. Head to Xanat for a Mexican culinary experience sourced from the freshest of ingredients — some of them grown in the hotel’s herb garden (upcoming renovations will transform the culinary scene at the JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City — stay tuned) or sip a cocktail in the Lobby Bar.

Opened in 1996, the Mexico City property was the first JW hotel outside of the United States. It recently renovated all 314 guest rooms, adding a touch of modernity to its classic luxe imbued with colors inspired by nature.
