Because of its vigilant commitment to conserving the environment, The St. Regis Bahia Beach is the only gold-certified Audubon Signature Sanctuary in the Caribbean. An in-house marine biologist offers nature and birding tours throughout the grounds.

A captivating mural, The Long Awaited Voyage by Puerto Rican artist Arnaldo Roche Rabell, hangs above The St. Regis Bar. This elegant space is known for its locally inspired Encanto Mary, an inventive version of the classic cocktail that incorporates plantains and spicy peppers.
All restaurants at The St. Regis use herbs, greens and produce harvested from the resort’s own greenhouse.
