  • This Riyadh hotel has a very central location. Adjacent to Business Gate, Fairmont Riyadh is also only a 20-minute drive to the airport and to downtown, and 30 minutes to the Diplomatic Quarter.
  • Fairmont Gold rooms are worth the splurge, if only for access to the exclusive Gold Lounge. The venue offers an exclusive check-in desk, two terraces and daily spreads, including breakfast, afternoon tea and beverages and canapés throughout the day.
  • Fairmont Riyadh recently expanded its culinary offerings to include two sophisticated new restaurants. House of Grill is an upscale steakhouse with both private and semi-private dining, while Pesto serves authentic southern Italian cuisine in a rustic ambiance.

  • Fairmont Riyadh features two ballrooms with VIP lounges and private entrances, as well as 10 meeting rooms, making it great location for weddings, conferences and governmental events.
  • While not able to use the pool facilities, female guests have access to the Ladies Lounge, which comes with a relaxation room, a small gym, a women’s-only spa and beauty salon.
  • To impress a client or significant other, book a spot at House of Grill’s chef’s table. The exclusive spot puts you right in the kitchen as the team prepares a succulent menu of steak and seafood that’s sure to please.

The Rooms

  • The luxury hotel has 298 rooms, including 40 opulent suites. Accommodations feature hues that evoke the surrounding desert landscape and are complemented with dark wood accents.
  • All rooms feature walk-in showers (some have deep-soaking tubs) stocked with Le Labo amenities. This line, exclusive to Fairmont hotels, employs the famed Grasse rose, which blooms in May in France’s Provence.
  • For the ultimate in business-class luxury, check into the 4,252-square-foot Al Malaki Suite. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom accommodation boasts a private office, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious spa-like marble master bathroom with a two-head rain shower, oversized Jacuzzi and in-mirror TV.

The Restaurants

  • The 365 does all-day dining with a buffet and live cooking stations serving up international fare from Saudi Arabia, Japan, India, Thailand, Italy andChina. Don’t miss the Syrian barbecue, which includes well-cooked lamb shanks as well as juicy lamb, beef and chicken kebabs.
  • To add a bit of elegance to any meal, try local favorite non-alcoholic Saudi champagne made with apple juice, sparkling water, mint and slices of fruit. It’s refreshing during the long Arabic summer.
