With its location on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, it’s no surprise that Neomi’s serves up the freshest seafood. With a style that’s a cross between Mediterranean and South Florida, Neomi’s is open and airy with terracotta tones accented by eye-catching light fixtures. Look for dishes that reflect the South Florida setting, including Caribbean mahi mahi and key lime cheesecake. This casual eatery, located inside the Trump International Beach Resort, showcases views of the alluring terrace and pool.
Our Inspector's Highlights
• Neomi’s has plenty of space and service staff to accommodate a large or small group. And if you need an event to be catered while you’re staying at the ocean-view resort, the staff will gladly customize the menu to meet the specific needs of your group or event.

• The menu blends Latin and Italian flavors. Creative dishes include cannelloni pasta served “enchilada style” with smoked chicken and a red mole sauce, arancini with chimichurri dipping sauce and spaghetti and meatballs with a generous shaving of manchego instead of the usual Parmesan.

• The food can be rich but save room for dessert. How often do you get to eat deep-fried cheesecake? The dessert is rolled so that it resembles a churro. If that’s a little heavy, there’s the heavenly key lime cheesecake and gelato ice cream cones.
Things to Know
• Reservations not required. The restaurant inside Trump International Beach Resort Miami is rarely crowded, so popping in for a spontaneous meal is most definitely an option.

• The restaurant doesn’t have an actual bar so if you want to start the evening with a cocktail, head to Trump's Fusion Lounge for a range of specialty drinks. Otherwise, you can order beers, liquors and wine from your table inside the restaurant.

• Trump International Beach Resort has a Planet Kids menu available at all restaurants on the property. At Neomi’s, it includes perennial favorites for the pickiest of palates, such as PB&J, macaroni and cheese, hamburgers, grilled cheese and brownies.
The Food
• The Chianti short ribs are a delight. The meat, braised in wine for 24 hours, falls apart when pricked with a fork and melts in your mouth. The tortilla Española on the side redefines typical “meat and potatoes” fare, while crunchy broccolini makes for a balanced meal. A spoonful of Venezuelan guasacaca (mashed avocado) adds an unexpected and slightly spicy element.

• The black mussels are steamed with prosecco and cilantro butter, creating a fragrant and flavorful dish that’s just the thing to order if you’re sitting on the outdoor patio. A few charred padron peppers are sprinkled throughout for a mild kick.

• The gazpacho ensalada is hands-down our favorite starter on Neomi's menu. Heirloom tomatoes, almonds, cucumber, roasted peppers and baby greens are piled high on bright green gazpacho dressing and drizzled with basil oil. A perfect hot weather dish, it would take a serious contender to bump this from our list.
The Look
• Neomi's plays on the cool tones of the sea with a dimly lit dining room and sultry color scheme.

• Inside the Miami restaurant, petrified wood sculptures are perched on pearly white booths.

• Sapphire blue accent walls remind you that the ocean is right outside and provide warmth and intimacy to the large and modern dining room.

• Outside on the tent covered patio, Neomi's takes on a different, more relaxed vibe. Separating the second floor restaurant from Trump International Beach Resort’s pool and beach, patio seating on wooden tables offers a bright, palm tree-filled place to eat that is quintessentially Floridian.
