Our Inspector's Highlights
• The French menu is perfectly accompanied by the sleek interior décor that you can’t help but notice between bites.

• Dine in sophisticated luxury with views of charming Rittenhouse Square.

• The tasting menu is a fantastic option here and the Sunday brunch—where the buffet is set up in the kitchen—is a particular Philadelphia favorite.
Things to Know
• If you happen to find yourself wandering the ritzy streets of Rittenhouse Square, you’ll definitely want to stop in for a meal at Lacroix at the Rittenhouse — and it should be easy to find time.

• Though the restaurant’s official dress code is business casual, the atmosphere is a bit ritzier than that. Considering its location in the prestigious neighborhood, you’ll feel a little out of place if you lean toward the casual side of things — you’ll want to wear long pants or a cocktail dress for dinner.

• As one of the most popular restaurants in Philadelphia, Lacroix at the Rittenhouse fills up pretty quickly, which is why it’s surprising that the restaurant doesn’t have a cancellation policy. That said, because you can cancel at any time without penalty, you should definitely snag a table even if you’re not sure about your plans.
The Food
• The kitchen plays up fresh local ingredients designed to stir the senses with international flair.

• You can start your day with breakfast entrees such as brioche French toast, served daily from 6:30 to 11 a.m. But if you’re in a rush on a weekday morning, the restaurant also has a breakfast buffet stocked with everything from eggs to granola.

• On Sundays, brunch is served from 10:30a.m. to 2:30p.m.

• For lunch, stop by Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to order up options such as a lobster roll with tarragon potato chips.
