Wellness is a strong component of Chileno Bay, with more than 20 fitness classes offered each week and a robust beach activities program of snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking.

The spa is no less planned, with treatments incorporating indigenous therapies and ingredients, as well as a number of options designed specifically for couples or guests looking for a curated wellness journey over the course of their stay.

Sol incorporates elements of local Baja culture without any kitsch. A local healer guides the immersive healing experience that uses elements of energy healing and bodywork to help facilitate a deeper connection between spirit, body and self.
The spa’s whitewashed walls and light wood pergolas — enhanced with succulents, a “living wall” of greenery and soothing flowing water features — make the indoor-outdoor relaxation area a wonderful place to while away the afternoon with a book.
The design expertly mixes the luxury resort’s desert setting with lush greenery and chic neutral lines. It feels like stepping into your own oasis.
Sol’s takes a mindful approach to fitness with instructor led meditation, yoga, mat and studio Pilates. A high-tech gymnasium features Peloton bicycles and Woodway Curve treadmills, along with floor-to-ceiling views of one of the region’s only swimmable beaches.
Services begin with a sensory cleansing ritual at the Bathhouse that incorporates sound bowls, alternating hot and cold therapies, local herbs and refreshing beverages, leaving guests primed for transformative treatments.

The Treatments

The Jade Gua Sha massage targets energetic flow points in the body using gua sha techniques along with a locally made agave serum.
The spa’s signature 120-minute Method treatment utilizes laser therapy in tandem with a lymphatic drainage massage to leave you feeling reenergized and reinvigorated, inside and out.
Sol allows guests to tailor their bodywork treatment to fit their needs perfectly. Layer up to three techniques from a comprehensive list that includes lymph drainage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, cupping, heated Obsidian stones, an application of fresh aloe, and Rebozo – a traditional Mexican stretching technique.

The Facilities

This is one of the most luxurious spas in Los Cabos. Amenities include a bathhouse with a cold plunge, an aromatic steam room and a Himalayan salt room, a nap garden, a reflexology pool, and a large locker room to shower and refresh pre- or post-treatment.
