Between a sensory garden dotted with cabanas, coed relaxation lounge, signature rituals and treatments designed to harmonize mind and body, the spa experience feels expansive but still somehow tailored. This is a destination where renewal unfolds slowly and deliberately, guided by expert hands and an ethos of balance.

Our Inspector's Highlights

The standout Lunar Moon experience is an indulgent couple’s ritual that begins with a gong ceremony and flows through a CBD massage, energy-tuning sound bath, custom tea ritual and ends with a chef-curated tasting in the Spa Sensory Garden or sanctuary lounge.
The redesigned spa garden invites guests to lounge in chic cabanas or whimsical seating areas under lush foliage, providing a tranquil space between treatments or a place to unwind with curated beverages.
Inside the Journey Lounge, guests enjoy pre- and post-treatment moments with ambient soundscapes, wellness refreshments and the option to create personalized body scrubs or teas as part of the spa’s signature rituals.
A 16-treatment-room layout includes three couples rooms and access to the Spa Sanctuary, where eucalyptus steam, Finnish sauna and whirlpool facilities enhance any visit with heat therapy and quiet time.
Retail splurging comes courtesy of an expanded boutique that features high-end beauty and lifestyle partners such as Late Checkout, ESPA, Zents and Eberjey, along with exclusive Ritz-Carlton-branded items and the spa’s signature Sweet Mango candle.

Things to Know

Guests should plan to arrive at the Key Biscayne spa at least 30 minutes early to take advantage of pre-treatment rituals, the spa garden and heat experiences in the Spa Sanctuary.
Signature experiences like the Lunar Moon require advance booking by phone or email at least 48 hours prior, as they are not available online.
Complimentary fitness classes are held daily at 8:30 a.m. on the Grand Lawn and are led by instructors from Tremble, a boutique wellness studio specializing in mindful movement and strength.
