The expansive thermal circuit is a core highlight, featuring aromatherapy steam rooms, Finnish saunas, heated whirlpools, cold plunge zones and an experiential ice lounge, creating a full-body contrast therapy ritual.
Treatment offerings are rooted in five natural elements: ocean, sky, plant, air and heat. Standout therapies include a sea-salt body polish and oxygen-rich facial designed to mirror the Gulf’s restorative energy.
The rooftop lap pool spans 75 feet and overlooks the resort’s golf course, offering a quiet space for laps or lounging in the sun between services with a freshly pressed juice in hand.
The fitness center, curated by Pasternak, includes state-of-the-art equipment, dynamic programming and personal training sessions to support performance, recovery and holistic movement.
Recovery therapies include oxygen treatments, cryotherapy, lymphatic compression and IV infusions, all personalized to meet guests’ wellness goals at a cellular level.
