To find Caprice's bar in Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, follow the French restaurant's lit-up catwalk. It leads you to the adjacent sixth-floor Caprice Bar. Inside the tan, brown and gold bar, etched glass walls are framed in carved wood, the bar is topped with marble, refrigerated counters keep the French wines nicely chilled and the ambiance feels stylish and secluded.
Lounge in a leather armchair or velvety sofa with a glass of wine and order some chèvre, Comté or other artisanal cheeses, which are flown in from France each week. The restaurant was the first in Hong Kong to open a cheese cellar, and these dairy slices are a must-try. Though if you prefer something more savory, the menu also offers selections such as Iberico ham or Challans duck leg parmentier. Like its restaurant sibling, Caprice Bar does French with flair.
