But the main focus at the French-inspired restaurant is the wine cellar, which includes 1,500 labels. The cellar includes bottles of some of the grand crus of Bordeaux France from great years such as 1982. It also has a selection of vintage champagne such as a 1995 Krug Clos d’Ambonnay at HK$44,500 per bottle, or the Bollinger La Grande Année from 2000 or 2002 (HK$2,340).
