The gleaming test kitchen boasts stainless steel workstations and dangling copper pots, as well as a 200-square-foot slab of slate that serves as chef David Bouley’s larger-than-life notepad. You’ll find him scrawling recipes and drawings during one of his courses for expert chefs or epicurean enthusiasts. Beyond the kitchen lies the catering event space that holds 60 dinner guests and 100 reception guests. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to highlight your custom party configuration, whether it’s upscale white-tablecloth-clad arrangements or something more casual.
