At least eight wine-focused dining spots in New York City are using the Coravin System to pour exciting glasses of wine without removing the corks. These esteemed destinations include Del Posto, Eleven Madison Park, Le Cirque, Costata, Ai Fiori, NoMad, Felidia and Craft. Del Posto's 3,000-plus wine list features close to 20 different Coravin pours in three- or six-ounce servings. Costata offers 30 Coravin pours from the great wine regions of the world, including two classic dessert wines: a Château d’Yquem Sauternes and a 30-year-old Niepoort tawny port. At Ai Fiori, which translates to “Among the Flowers” and focuses on the cuisine of the Riviera, seven wines are available by the glass thanks to the Coravin System — among them a premier cru burgundy and a Brunello di Montalcino Riserva. At chef Tom Colicchio’s Craft restaurant in New York, a Coravin pour of the legendary Lebanese wine Chateau Musar from the 1975 vintage is available for $105. Other Coravin pours are available at Craft, too, along with several other wines by the glass.
