Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

Abu Dhabi's lofty show of luxury
Even before arriving at the property, you’ll notice Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers' stunning skyscrapers sparkling iridescently in the capital’s never-ending sunshine. The hotel is a reflection of Abu Dhabi itself: modern, sophisticated and lavish.

Situated in the exclusive beachside Ras Al Akhdar district and steps from Abu Dhabi’s celebrated landmark Emirates Palace and the Corniche, the hotel is designed, inside and out, to give those who dine and stay a luxurious experience in an illustrious setting.

Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers sets the UAE’s already lofty hospitality bar even higher. From carefully arranged agate crystal-covered elevators to Seychellois-petrified wood floors, every design detail contains an unusual material from an exotic place, contributing to a global narrative as welcoming as the hotel’s diverse staff.

Our Inspector's Highlights
  • Small gestures make a big difference in a luxury hotel market as crowded as Abu Dhabi’s. Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers’ staff is known locally to exert a more human touch in its dealings with guests and to go the extra mile to accommodate requests.
  • The spa is awash in polished marble and stone with 13 treatment rooms, rain showers and changing facilities. Two spacious couples suites and a modern hammam round out the relaxing offerings.
  • The hotel’s glamorous and ethereal lobby is on every tourist’s itinerary: the multi-story floor-to-ceiling windows blur the line between indoors and out.
  • Ray’s Bar on level 62 is the place to start the evening. Watching dusk fall over Abu Dhabi with a cocktail in hand is worth the visit alone, even if you miss the sunset.
  • Soak in the city’s sunshine by the infinity pool or on the resort’s private stretch of sand. The beach club provides a vast array of motorized and leisure sports to help you cool off when the heat kicks in.
Things to Know
  • If location is everything, then Ras Al Akhdar is the place to be. World-class shopping, beaches, dining and sightseeing are all within short walking distance.
  • Being one of the tallest skyscrapers in the city is not without its advantages; the hotel boasts several options for you to partake of matchless aerial views of the city, including complimentary admission to the Observation Deck at 300 (as in 300 meters — or 984 feet — above sea level).
  • If the Abu Dhabi hotel looks familiar to you, it’s no doubt because it’s been cast in numerous blockbusters. A recent cameo was in Furious 7.
The Rooms
  • Modern accommodations feature small nods to the hotel’s UAE locale (a mosaic accent wall in the bathroom) as well as floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing unparalleled city views. Day beds stretch the length of the windows in most rooms to give you a leisurely way to enjoy the bird’s-eye vistas.
  • The Deluxe King rooms have everything you could wish for, including huge, comfy beds and stunning bathrooms with the kind of tub you could take a swim in.
  • Located on the highest floors, the club rooms afford access to Nahaam Restaurant, which offers complimentary drinks and canapés.
  • The most opulent accommodation is the Royal Etihad Suite, which encompasses the entire 60th floor and has a commodious living space for those traveling with an entourage.
The Restaurants
  • Go to champagne and seafood heaven when you visit Nahaam. This casual-chic poolside eatery’s Saturday brunch is a hit with the UAE’s expat population, offering ever-flowing beverages, a lavish spread and complimentary pool access.
  • The Observation Deck at 300 on the 74th floor in tower two serves an afternoon tea with amazing views that’s popular with tourists and locals alike.
  • Indulge in sushi, teppanyaki and other Japanese dishes from kaiseki-trained chef Yosuke Matsuoka at Tori No Su.
