Our Inspector's Highlights

  • Opened in November 2018, THE MURAKA is the ultimate in Maldives villa luxury. The three-bedroom residence set above and below the ocean boasts a private jet boat, seaplane jetty, butler, personal chef, staff bedrooms, elevator and underwater bedroom and bathroom.
  • So you don’t miss a beat, the spa villas at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island have glass floors. Soak up the views during your service and be serenaded by the sounds of lapping waves just outside.
  • The adults-only Quiet Zone showcases a serene lagoon-facing infinity pool and a romantic nine-course Japanese restaurant dubbed Koko Grill.
  • Each island exhibits an overwater spa. Spa Retreat (situated 328 feet off the tip of Rangalifinolhu) is a remarkable architectural feat constructed from New Zealand hardwood, with double treatment rooms that feature a private steam room, sauna, alfresco bath and overwater toilet — the ultimate loo with a view.
  • You won’t feel marooned on these private islands. Opt for exciting excursions where you can swim with whale sharks, visit the friendly undersea residents of Manta Point or explore 42 dive sites.
