Palm House

Palm Beach’s new beacon of contemporary luxury
VERIFIED LUXURY
Opened in 2024, Palm House has emerged as a sophisticated sanctuary mixing Old World charm and contemporary grandeur. This 79-room haven marks the U.S. debut for London-based L+R Hotels' Iconic Luxury Hotels collection (which includes Hotel Excelsior Venice Lido Resort and 11 Cadogan Gardens). Tucked on Royal Palm Way, just steps from Worth Avenue and the Atlantic shoreline, the hotel brings a fresh take on exclusivity with a design that feels like you are stepping into a high-fashion dream.

Inside, dazzling interiors adorned with seashell tapestries and coral Murano glass chandeliers set the ambiance, while outside, the Sunset Pool Deck offers a sun-drenched retreat with luxurious cabanas and a refined, yet playful, atmosphere. Whether sipping on a craft cocktail at its pink marble Palm Bar or indulging in Japanese-meets-Peruvian morsels at the Palm House Dining Room, this is a new side of Palm Beach.

Our Inspector's Highlights

  • From the moment you arrive at the Palm Beach hotel, the lobby’s dramatic aesthetic sets the tone. Plush blush seating invites conversation, while the seashell-adorned reception desk and floor-to-ceiling tapestries create an ocean-inspired fantasy. Three custom coral Murano chandeliers glow like jewelry against the high. curved ceilings.
  • The 79 guest rooms, averaging more than 550 square feet, feature coral-hued headboards, antique mirrors and whimsical lattice accents. The two-story Presidential Suite kicks luxury up a notch with a private balcony and an Alaskan King bed — at nine by nine feet, it’s the largest in Palm Beach.
  • More than just a pool, the Sunset Pool Deck is a curated experience. Think cabana beds, poolside service and unexpected delights like hourly Evian spritzes. Whether sipping a cocktail or noshing on gourmet bites, the pool deck merges leisure and luxury with a hint of Mediterranean flair.
  • From Slim Aarons’ famed Palm Beach photography to contemporary sculptures by Stallman Studio, Palm House doubles as an art lover’s paradise. Hallways and public spaces also blend nostalgic glamour with modern creativity, giving guests a gallery-like experience.
  • The concierge team curates bespoke experiences — from beach picnics to exclusive dining reservations. The hotel’s house car service can also ensure seamless travel around town, whether heading to one of many nearby golf courses or making a quick hop to Worth Avenue’s designer boutiques.

The Restaurants

  • At the heart of the boutique hotel, Palm Bar is where high style meets laid-back luxury. The glowing pink marble bar is a focal point, where white-jacketed bartenders mix inventive cocktails alongside well-executed classics.
  • Helmed by chef Jerry Ayala, the Palm House Dining Room offers a unique fusion of Japanese cuisine with Peruvian flavors. Savor dishes like toro tartare with caviar and a decadent 28-ounce dry-aged prime ribeye with fresh wasabi. Seating flows from an elegant indoor space to a terrace that opens onto the Sunset Pool Deck.
  • Much more than just poolside snacks, the menu at Sunset Pool Deck is designed for indulgence. From light, citrus-infused crudos to heartier grilled selections, the offerings are as refreshing as the ambiance. Add in anticipatory touches — like complimentary sunglass cleaning — and you won’t want to leave.
