As the name suggests, there’s no better spot to catch a sunset while nibbling on Mediterranean delicacies crafted by chef Danny Litovski, such as crayfish tartare, fresh fish with wild fennel sauce and roasted lamb shoulder. Pacman also provides a full sushi menu.
- Get dinner with a sea view at the island's first Beefbar, a concept originally created by Riccardo Giraudi in Monte Carlo. At Beefbar, chef George Kyrtsallidis fills the menu with whimsical small plates inspired by street food from around the world, utilizing top ingredients and delectable cuts of meat sourced from the best ranches in Australia, Japan and the United States.
- During the day, take a dip in the Grande Pool and then relax while sipping a refreshing craft cocktail, glass of wine or mocktail, and nibbling truffle fries and Greek salad, available from the pool bar menu.
- Book an exclusive one-couple-a-night wine tasting at Lycabettus Restaurant, located on the edge of the hill at sister property Andronis Luxury Suites. It's led by the property’s sommelier and comes with a Greek food pairing. The wines and food sing, but the view of Santorini’s vineyards and the sea makes it an unforgettable experience.
