- The restaurants at this luxury Seoul hotel have dishes on offer to suit every palate. Authentic Cantonese cuisine (Hong Yuan), classic Italian (Rubrica) and even American-style fare (The Ninth Gate, one of the oldest Western-style restaurants in Korea) can be had without setting foot outside the property. But if you only have one meal here, it has to be at Sushi Cho, a Japanese dining destination on the hotel's 20th floor.
