The second ship in the Celebrity Edge series, Celebrity Apex made her first departure in May 2020. Celebrity Apex incorporates the same well-received, revolutionary design features of her slightly older sister, the Celebrity Edge: the Magic Carpet, the world’s first cantilevered venue at sea, and “infinite verandas,” where instead of a balcony, a button opens the floor-to-ceiling windows in the staterooms and transforms them into indoor-outdoor spaces.
The aesthetic, atmosphere and offerings onboard cater to a hipper crowd with a developed sense of taste. Imbibe at spots like Craft Social (a craft beer bar featuring 40 varieties of artisanal pours), savor delicious fare (including select dishes from heralded chef Daniel Boulud at Luminae restaurant), bask in the sunshine in the many alfresco spaces and incorporate some wellness into your routine with the ship’s gym, spa and thermal suite.
